Listed above is a recommended menu guideline for your buffet or family-style dinner. As you look through the menu options below, you will notice that each item has a price next to it. Simply choose the items you would like to serve (using the above guidelines), then add up the prices next to each item. This will be your amount per person for a buffet-style dinner.  There is a required minimum of $18.00 per person. For a family-style dinner, add $5 per person for additional staffing, china and flatware that will be necessary.
